LGBTI persons are too often marginalized in their communities, confronted to family pressure and discriminated against at work and in their access to health services. The EU and its Member States believe that the fundamental principles of equality in terms of rights and dignity, as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, must be respected for all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

အထူးသျဖင့္ LGBTI ပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ားသည္ ၎တို႔ေနထုိင္သည္႔ လူ႔အဖြဲ႔ အစည္းတြင္ မၾကာခဏ ေဘးဖယ္ခံထားၾကရျခင္း၊ မိသားစုကေပးေသာ ဖိအားမ်ားကို ရင္ဆိုင္ေနၾကရျခင္း၊ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ႏွင့္ က်န္းမာေရးေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈ က႑မ်ားတြင္ ခြဲျခားဆက္ဆံခံရျခင္းတို႔ ၾကံဳေတြ႔ေနၾကရပါသည္။ ဥေရာပသမဂၢႏွင့္ အဖြဲ႔ဝင္ႏိုင္ငံမ်ားသည္ လူတစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီ၏ လိင္ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာေရြးခ်ယ္မႈ သို႔မဟုတ္ က်ား/မခြဲျခားသတ္မွတ္မႈတုိ႔ မည္သို႔ပင္ ရွိေစကာမူ ၎တို႔၏ အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ ဂုဏ္သိကၡာ ရႈေထာင့္အရ တန္းတူညီမွ်ျခင္း အေျခခံမူမ်ားကို ကမာၻ႔လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးေၾကညာစာတမ္းတြင္ ေဖာ္ျပထားသည့္အတိုင္း အေလးထားရမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း မွတ္ယူ ယုံၾကည္ပါသည္။

The Hague, 15 May 2018 - The winners of the 2018 EU Prize for Cultural Heritage / Europa Nostra Awards, Europe’s top honour in the field, were announced today by the European Commission and Europa Nostra, the leading European heritage network.

On 15-16 May 2018, a high-level EU delegation, composed of Mr. Pedro Serrano, Deputy Secretary General for Common Security and Defence Policy and Crisis Response at the European External Action Service (EEAS), Mr. Olivier Onidi, Deputy Director General for Migration and Home Affairs at DG HOME and Mr. Maciej Popowski, Deputy Director General for Security and Migration at DG NEAR, paid a visit to Montenegro.
