O Curso de Pós-Graduação em Finanças Públicas para Auditores do Tribunal de Contas de Angola foi ontem oficialmente lançado no Tribunal de Contas de Angola.

Durante a cerimónia foi apresentado o “Booklet de Apresentação do Curso” que foi preparado para os formandos. Este documento apresenta um enquadramento geral sobre o curso e sobre as respetivas instituições envolvidas: o Tribunal de Contas de Angola, Instituição beneficiária do curso, o Pro PALOP-TL ISC, projeto organizador e financiador do curso, o Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-UIL), em parceria técnica com o Tribunal de Contas de Portugal, como instituições ministradoras do curso.

Согласно предварительным заключениям Миссии по наблюдению за выборами Бюро ОБСЕ по Демократическим Институтам и Правам Человека (БДИПЧ/ОБСЕ), Центральная избирательная комиссия обеспечила прозрачность выборов, но остаются вызовы в отношении демократических обязательств.

Stefano Manservisi, Director-General for International Cooperation and Development of the European Commission visited Kabul 3 – 5. September. During his 3 days visit DG Manservisi met with President Muhamad Ashraf Ghani, Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah and other Afghan officials to discuss the preparations for Brussels Conference. DG Manservisi also attended the Joint Coordination Monitoring Group (JCMB) meeting. The visit had a wide coverage by Afghan media.

The European Union (EU) and the Republic of Kiribati today signed a 3.7 Million Euro energy project. The project is framed in the European Union –New Zealand energy partnership that was established at the Pacific Energy Summit in 2013, which has delivered renewable energy projects in Tuvalu, Samoa, the Cook Islands and Kiribati. At the Pacific Energy Conference held in Auckland, New Zealand in June, 2016, this partnership expanded to include Niue, Tonga, and the Northern Pacific.

Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine will benefit from five new EU regional actions to support youth, small and medium-sized enterprises, maritime safety and border management in the Eastern Partnership. The actions will focus on four priority areas, including good governance, market opportunities, mobility and interconnections.
