Mettre à la disposition des avocats stagiaires une boîte à outils pouvant leur permettre de convoquer systématiquement les droits de l’Homme dans l’exercice de leur métier. Tel est l'objectif d'un atelier organisé, fin mai, à Bafoussam (Ouest-Cameroun) par l'Ordre des avocats au Barreau du Cameroun. Ce séminaire est le fruit de la coopération Cameroun-Union européenne, dans le cadre du projet "Barreau-Gouvernance-Etat de droit".

Johannes Hahn, Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, visited Gaza and the West Bank today. Commissioner Hahn met President Mahmoud Abbas, Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah, travelled to Gaza, and visited a number of EU-funded projects. The Commissioner concluded his visit by co-hosting an Iftar with the Ministry of Social Development at the SOS village in Bethlehem.


The document outlines the areas covered, notably macroeconomic support, sectoral policies, programmes and projects. It covers aims, results, indicators, environmental and risk assessments, etc.

Gaza, 14 June, 2016 – EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn, responsible for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, visited today the EU - funded seawater desalination plant in southern Gaza.


زار الضفة الغربية وغزة اليوم السيد يوهانس هاهن، المفوض لسياسة الجوار الأوروبي ومفاوضات التوسع. وقد التقى المفوض هاهن بالرئيس محمود عباس ورئيس الوزراء رامي الحمد الله، وانتقل إلى غزة حيث زار عدد من المشاريع الممولة من قبل الاتحاد الأوروبي. وقد ختم المفوض هاهن زيارته باستضافة مأدبة إفطار بالشراكة مع وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية في قرية الأطفال (SOS) في بيت لحم.


The EU's Operation Sophia, launched one year ago to fight traffickers and smugglers' networks, has been at the forefront of Europe's response to the refugee and migrant crisis in the Mediterranean.

Today's unanimous adoption by the UN Security Council of Resolution 2292 will now enable Operation Sophia also to play an important role in implementing the UN arms embargo on Libya.
