Hoy saludamos la entrada en vigor del nuevo Acuerdo Regional sobre el Acceso a la Información, la Participación Pública y el Acceso a la Justicia en Asuntos Ambientales negociado por todos los treinta y tres países de América Latina y del Caribe. En un momento donde el multilateralismo está sujeto a críticas y donde vuelven a levantar las cabezas los fantasmas del nacionalismo es una señal esperanzadora que treinta y tres países se federen en nombre de la protección del medio ambiente y de sus defensores.


Today we welcome the entry into force of the new Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters negotiated by all thirty-three countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. At a time when multilateralism is subject to criticism and where the ghosts of nationalism raise their heads again, it is a hopeful sign that thirty-three countries are federating in the name of protecting the environment and its defenders.


Mother Earth is clearly urging a call to action. Now we face COVID -19, a worldwide health pandemic linked to the health of our ecosystem.

On 15 April 2021, the OECD organised the second capacity-building webinar for the government of Turkmenistan with a focus on investment as part of the EU Central Asia Invest initiative.
