The European Union (EU) and Egypt have always been committed to strengthening the existing trade and investment relationship. Trade has been for longtime at the heart of the EU-Egypt partnership priorities for 2017-2020 agreed on last June 2017, which are also embedded in the framework of the Single Support Framework 2017-2020.

В 2019 году Ташкент впервые стал официальным участником Европейской недели мобильности, которая ежегодно проходит с 16 по 22 сентября и в которой принимают участие около 50 стран по всему миру. Инициаторами мероприятий в рамках Европейской недели мобильности в Ташкенте выступает Хокимият города Ташкента при поддержке Делегации Европейского Союза в Узбекистане.

In 2019, Tashkent for the first time became an official participant in the European Mobility Week, which takes place annually from September 16 to 22 and in which about 50 countries around the world take part. The initiators of the events within the framework of the European Mobility Week in Tashkent are the Hokimiyat of Tashkent city with the support of the Delegation of the European Union in Uzbekistan.

The Council of the EU today adopted the following conclusions on the revised Guidelines on EU policy towards third countries on torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment:

"1. The Council welcomes the Guidelines on EU Policy Towards Third Countries on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment and approves the revised guidelines. The Council remains seriously concerned by the widespread use of torture and other ill-treatment around the world.

დღეს ევროკავშირმა საქართველოს მთავრობასთან ერთად საფუძველი ჩაუყარა საქართველოში ევროპული სკოლის მშენებლობას.
