The "European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR)" has launched a new call for proposals addressed to the civil society and human rights defenders, working in non-EU countries. The call is composed of five lots corresponding to five key areas of human rights. The deadline for submitting concept notes is 9 November 2017 at 16:00 (Brussels time).
