Two years ago, Ukrainians stood on Maidan Square demanding their right to determine the future of their country.  They asked for a country that looked ahead towards Europe, not behind to the past.

The European Union and NATO have today signed a Technical Arrangement between the NATO Computer Incident Response Capability (NCIRC) and the Computer Emergency Response Team – European Union (CERT-EU).

The agreement facilitates technical information sharing between NCIRC and CERT-EU to improve cyber incident prevention, detection and response in both organisations, in line with their decision making autonomy and procedures.

Pakistan Ulema Council organised the 'Message of Islam Conference' in Islamabad on 10 February to convey a global message of peaceful coexistence from the leading Muslim scholars. With participation of renowned religious leaders from different faiths and sects, the meeting denounced all forms of extremism and violence.

The EU Electoral Follow-up Mission (EFM) was deployed to assess electoral reform processes in Pakistan and the extent to which previous EU election-related concerns and recommendations have been addressed.

On Wednesday 10th February 2016, the EU Delegation and the  European Commission's Directorate General for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection – ECHO organized a side event organized in the framework of the Humanitarian Friends of Car, entitled "Exchange on Food Insecurity in the Central African Republic", in the margins of the WFP First Regular Session of the Executive Board.

L'Union européenne et l'OTAN ont procédé ce jour à la signature d'un arrangement technique entre la Capacité OTAN de réaction aux incidents informatiques (NCIRC) et l'équipe d'intervention en cas d'urgence informatique de l'Union européenne (CERT-UE).

Cet accord facilite le partage d'informations techniques entre la NCIRC et la CERT-UE afin d'améliorer la prévention, la détection et la réaction aux cyberincidents dans les deux organisations, dans le respect de l'autonomie et des procédures décisionnelles de chacune.
