The EU family has participated in the largest delegation to visit Melbourne in more than 55 years of the EU's presence in Australia to discuss trade, renewable energy and economic relations. Fourteen European Heads of Mission, including the EU Ambassador to Australia, Michael Pulch, travelled to Melbourne on Friday 11 May 2018 to meet the Victorian Governor and members of the Victorian Government Ministry. The trip included a formal lunch and extended dialogue with the Victorian Governor Linda Dessau.

9th of May, Europe Day: A renewed commitment to peace

On Europe Day, we celebrate the European Union. Many consider the EU solely as a 500 million people market and an economic and trade power. Yet, the EU is above all the most successful peace project in the world.  For this reason I believe it is particularly relevant to share this with all Yemenis today.
