Le projet est une action de développement agricole visant à renforcer la résilience des ménages les plus pauvres dans un cadre de renforcement des capacités techniques et organisationnelles des communautés, tant au niveau des familles qu’au niveau des organisations paysannes.

En renforçant les GPC et les sociétés coopératives, le projet vise à ce qu’ils puissent rendre de meilleurs services à leurs membres en matière de valorisation de la production agricole d’une part et créer de la valeur ajoutée génératrices de ristournes pour les agriculteurs membres et d’emplois pour les jeunes d’autre part.

The 9th EU-Cambodia Joint Committee was held in Phnom Penh, capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on 4 May 2016 and was preceded by subgroups on development cooperation, on institution building, administrative reform, legal and judicial reform, governance and human rights, and on trade. The Joint Committee was co-chaired by H.E. Mr. Ouch Borith, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia and by Mr. Ugo Astuto, Deputy Managing Director, Asia and Pacific of the European External Action Service.

The European Union (EU) Delegation to South Sudan contributes to progressing peace, stability and development in South Sudan, in line with the EU's Global Strategy, the principles and values at the core of EU foreign policy.

The EU offers jobs to citizens in different ways, it also offers public contracts and provides funding in the form of grants to support projects and organisations.


The European Union has proven to be a reliable and consistent supporter of a free, independent and prosperous South Sudan, committed to universal values such as democracy, rule of law and human rights.
