main-d’oeuvre étrangère au Mali et d’orienter sur les dispositifs de réinsertion des migrants
maliens de retour de la diaspora.
Il est le fruit d’un partenariat fécond entre l’Agence Nationale Pour l’Emploi (ANPE) et le
Centre International pour le Développement des Politiques Migratoires (ICMPD), dont le
projet Migration EU Expertise (MIEUX) est financé par l’Union Européenne (UE).
