I would like to extend a very warm welcome to the Delegation of Montenegro, led by Mr Goran Scepanović (Director General for Multilateral and Regional Trade Cooperation, Ministry of Economy of Montenegro). I would also like to thank the WTO Secretariat and Government of Montenegro for their reports and the Discussant, H.E. Mr Peter Matt (Liechtenstein) for his opening remarks.
Let me also spare a few words to congratulate the Montenegro WTO team here in Geneva – and I call it a team while being perfectly aware that it is a one woman team – Ambassador Maric. But her pro-activity, her positive spirit and her presence in our daily work here in the WTO are bigger and better than those of many teams I met. Thanks a lot, Zorica.
