On 6-7 November 2017 a training of trainers was held in Astana in the framework of the Joint Program of the European Union and the Council of Europe "Support to Kazakhstan authorities in improving the quality and efficiency of the justice system in Kazakhstan". The activity was aimed at piloting a training course on restorative justice for judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6-7 ноября 2017 года в Астане был проведен тренинг для тренеров в рамках совместной программы Европейского Союза и Совета Европы «Поддержка казахстанских властей в улучшении качества и эффективности системы правосудия в Казахстане» с целью внедрения учебного курса по восстановительному правосудию для судей и прокуроров в Республике Казахстан.


ევროკავშირის (EU) და გაეროს სურსათის და სოფლის მეურნეობის ორგანიზაციის (FAO) მიერ მხარდაჭერილი სტრატეგიის მიზანია არსებული საინფორმაცი-საკონსულტაციო ცენტრების გაძლიერეით რეგიონებში ფერმერთათვის კონსულტაციის ხარისხის გაუმჯობესება.


Strategy developed with EU and FAO support, aims to improve the quality of advising services for farmers in regions by upgrading existing consultation centres.

On 6 November 2017, the European Union in Myanmar and MEMORY! International Film Heritage Festival presented one of the first LGBT films in film history to a Myanmar audience.

"Any decision that limits freedom of expression should be the result of inclusive and democratic discussions rather than top-down decisions from a censorship board," said EU Ambassador Kristian Schmidt in his key note speech at a conference on "Censorship & Film" on 3 November 2017, part of the MEMORY!
