Description: The contract is aimed at supporting the Government of Ukraine in implementing the Concept of Reform Staff Positions (RSP). This covers provision of HRM services linked to the specific measures of the RSP Concept Action Plan, including defining special requirements for RSPs for each type (level) of the positions, developing appropriate selection tools and methods, as well as carrying out a market research on salaries in public administration and private sector.

On 13-15 June 2017, a regional seminar involving representatives of educational establishments under the customs agencies of the Central Asian states was held in Tashkent. It was organized by the Border Management Programme in Central Asia (BOMCA) funded by the European Union. The given event under BOMCA Programme aims to support cooperation among the law enforcement training institutions in the Central Asia region.
