grandes impactos sobre a vida e os meios de subsistência de muitas pessoas durante um longo período de tempo. Estes projectos também podem trazer ganhos financeiros significativos para alguns investidores e grupos de pessoas.

La décision, adoptée aujourd’hui par le gouvernement de la Republika Srpska, de suspendre sa coopération avec certaines instances judiciaires et répressives de Bosnie-Herzégovine est susceptible de compromettre le fonctionnement du système judiciaire et répressif de l’État de Bosnie-Herzégovine. 
 
L’Union européenne souligne la nécessité de respecter l’état de droit sur l’ensemble du territoire du pays et invite les autorités de Bosnie-Herzégovine à maintenir une coopération mutuelle et un dialogue.

Today's decision of the Republika Srpska government to suspend cooperation with certain judicial and law enforcement agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina could jeopardize the functioning of the judiciary and law enforcement in BiH. 
 
The EU underlines the need to respect the rule of law throughout the whole territory of the country and calls on authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina to maintain mutual cooperation and dialogue.

Description: The planned assistance would include: Strengthening of the human resources, working methods and systems of targeted Departments within the Ministry, its related Agencies, other subordinate bodies and linkages with Oblast and Rayon Administrations; Development of multi-annual financial management and budgetary control both national and regional level; Support new procedures, regulations and legal acts in line with sector strategic priorities.
