David Schwendiman from the United States has been nominated as the new Lead Prosecutor for the Special Investigative Task Force (SITF). The SITF was established by the European Union in 2011 as an independent criminal investigation into the serious allegations contained in the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly report of January 2011 by Senator Dick Marty entitled: “Inhuman treatment of people and illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo”.

High Representative Federica Mogherini travelled yesterday to Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar for the 11th Asia-Europe meeting (ASEM). The meeting started in a day of grief and mourning for the deadly attack in Nice.

"The situation in Kosovo is not so bad, if you take into account what has been done so far, '' said in an interview with "Razgovor" show of RTK2 the EU Special Representative in Kosovo, Samuel Zbogar, adding that primarily this means with the progress on the Stabilisation and Association Process, agreements reached in Brussels, the integration of the north, the visa liberalization process and the admission of Kosovo to international organizations.


"Situacija na Kosovu nije toliko loša, ukoliko se uzme u obzir ono što je do sada urađeno’’, rekao je gostujući u emisiji Razgovor RTK2 Specijalni predstavnik EU na Kosovu Samuel Žbogar, napomenuvši da pre svega misli na Sporazum o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju, dogovore u Briselu, integraciju severa, proces vizne liberalizacije i prijem Kosova u međunarodne organizacije.


On 14-15 July 2016, with the support of the EU a training course was held for Kazakhstan Supreme Court judges involved in teaching activities.
