Meet Pascal, the EUCAP Sahel Mali advisor on counter-terrorism and criminal investigation.
He works daily with the Malian partners such as the Specialized Investigation Brigade (BIS), anti-terrorism forces and the Central Office for Narcotic Drugs.
In the fields of counter-terrorism and the fight against organized crime, EUCAP Sahel Mali deliveres strategic advice, training and equipment to specialised structures and units. "The presence of EUCAP Sahel Mali on the ground will also contribute to make Europe safer", Pascal believes.
