I chaired this morning the Foreign Affairs Council in the formation of Defence Ministers after a long day yesterday of the Foreign Ministers' meeting, as well as a joint Foreign and Defence Ministers' meeting yesterday evening on Libya.

La participation en nombre des Comoriens au scrutin reflète l'ancrage démocratique du pays.
The Presidential and governmental elections held in February and April 2016 were satisfactory from a technical standpoint, thanks to progressive improvements to electoral administration capacities, despite the incidents that took place on the island of Anjouan. The number of Comorians who voted reflects the fact that democracy is firmly established in the country.
For the tenth time, One World, the international documentary film festival on human rights, took place in Brussels from 18th until 27th April. The festival featured 14 movies chosen from the Prague One World Festival, held in March 2016 in Prague and other cities in the Czech Republic.
