The purpose of this processing operation is to enable EEAS divisions, departments and EU Delegations to be able to get in contact and to keep contact with relevant partners and stakeholders related to the operational activity and functioning of the divisions, departments and EU Delegations for the interest of the Service as well as for the purpose of proving targeted information to relevant partners via newsletters and related surveys.
