EUMA hosts first Civil Society Talk in Jermuk

On 30 September, 2025, EUMA held its Civil Society Talk in Jermuk.  More than 25 representatives from local civil society organizations joined EUMA's Gender Adviser and Mission Members from FOB Jermuk to discuss gender, human rights and conflict-related challenges impacting communities in the area.

EUMA was grateful for the opportunity to host panelists from Work and Motherland Regional Development NGO, Rays of Future NGO, and Moselle Armenia. The fruitful discussion brought many insights into the lived experiences of women, youth, elderly, and people with disabilities in Jermuk and the specific challenges they face as a result of the conflict. 

The event served as a first step in further EUMA's relationship with civil society in Jermuk.
