Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is looking for Project Managers

Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is hiring two qualified specialists for the following positions:

• Senior Project Manager/Audit Coordinator for the audit activities within the implementation of measures set out in the Ukraine Plan by the Responsible Authorities

• Project Manager/Legal Adviser on Customs Reform

The initial consultancy assignment is expected to start in October 2025. Duration of the assignment is subject to the availability of project funding and the consultant's performance.

Submissions must be prepared in English only and be delivered electronically by 24 September 2025, 23:59 (Kyiv time) to hr@uraf.org.ua.
