The tenants of the office building 'EU House' comprise of the Delegation of the European Union to BiH, the office of the EU Special Representative in BiH, and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, collectively hereinafter referred to as the Joint Tenants. 

The Joint Tenants invite possible candidates to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of Café Services within the building and for the occupants of the offices and their guests. 

On behalf of the Joint Tenants, the EUSR Finance and Administration department will administer the request for offers. 

Interested candidates who fulfill the criteria stated in the Call (Call available on www.eeas.europa.eu/delegations/bosnia-and-herzegovina) can send their respected offers (in English) to:
