In 2024, a significant political milestone awaits the European Union. The European Elections, taking place from June 6th to June 9th, are one of the biggest democratic events on the planet. Most EU citizens can vote in these elections while residing in Canada. Learn how!

 

If you are a national of any of the 27 EU Member States, you automatically hold EU citizenship. This citizenship entitles you to rights and benefits beyond those of your individual Member State citizenship.
