We, the Foreign Ministers of France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States, together with the EU High Representative, met this afternoon to review progress in the nuclear negotiations with Iran.

The bombings against several mosques in Sana'a during Friday prayer, as well as the fighting witnessed in Aden and yesterday's aerial attack on President Hadi's compound clearly aim at derailing further Yemen’s transition process.


Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, will visit Pristina and Belgrade on 26 and 27 March 2015. This will be her first visit to Serbia and Kosovo since she has taken over her post.


A death sentence was handed down on 18 March to Mr Siarhei Ivanou by the Homyel Regional Court of the Republic of Belarus.

Mr Ivanou's right to appeal must be fully guaranteed.

We will have a discussion tonight on Ukraine and Russia with the Heads of State and Government. What I can tell you now is obviously that any kind of decision will have to be taken only on the basis of the situation on the ground, as we have already said several times, and only linked to the implementation of the Minsk Agreements in full.

The European Union (EU) and Japan concluded today in Brussels their seventh round of negotiations toward a Strategic Partnership Agreement. The three-day discussions were constructive and detailed.

The EU side was headed by Julian Wilson, head of the Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand Division at the European External Action Service, while Keiichi Hara, director of the European Policy Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led the Japanese side.
