The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea and the Embassy of France would like to sincerely thank everyone who has participated in the "Mask Yourself With Recycled Waste Competition" on the occasion of the 5th Anniversary of the Paris Agreement last December.
After an extensive screening process for the Upcycling Maskbook Competition, from the 60 entries we received, here are the 3 winners – Abandoned Waste in the Sea by CHOI Minjun (1st Prize), Earth must slow down by HAN Sun-joo (2nd Prize) and Mask for wild animals by KIM Seung-woo (3rd Prize)!
Congratulations to those who made it to the top 3 and to all of you for demonstrating your enthusiasm for the planet with creativity and commitment. We appreciate that you are making real changes by engaging in upcycling daily wastes and creating these unique artwork that send pressing messages for Climate Action.
The 3 winners will be individually contacted by the EU Delegation to Korea and the Embassy of France.
Thank you again for your engagement.
