The items will be sold in this silent auction per each or set of items according to the bidding form and a potential buyer should indicate in the form (Annex I) his/her bid price for the selected items. The potential bidders cannot view the items due to quarantine requirements imposed at the EU Delegation office.
We will be accepting bids in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) for the items to be sold either in sealed envelopes (which should contain the completed bid form for selected items) or by email when the completed forms need to be sent to the email DELEGATION-AZERBAIJAN-TENDERS2@eeas.europa.eu.
The sealed envelopes with the bidding forms must be inserted in the "BID BOX" located at the reception of the Landmark-3 Business Centre, Nizami street 90A, Baku, between 14:00 and 17:00 on Friday, 21 August 2020.
Emails with the completed form shall be sent to the above mention email address between 14:00 and 17:00 on Friday, 21 August 2020.
All offers will be opened by an Auction Committee designated according to the rules.
The items will be awarded to the highest bids submitted.
Successful bidders will be notified by email at the latest by Wednesday 26/08/2020 to proceed with the payment and pick-up procedures. Failure to collect the items from the EU Delegation office by 11/09/2020 will result in them being offered to the next highest bidder.
Please note that:
bids are not negotiable once submitted;
payment must be made in cash (AZN) before/at collection of the items;
all items are sold as is, in their present condition with no guarantee or warranty.
