Local EU Statement on a crash of a cargo plane in the village of Dacha Suu, Kyrgyz Republic

The European Union Delegation to Kyrgyz Republic issues the following statement in agreement with the EU Heads of Missions:
"We have learned with deepest regret about the tragic plane crash that took place today in the village of Dacha Suu, causing the loss of many lives, including children. We would like to express our sincere condolences to the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and to the families and friends of the victims and wish quick recovery to those injured."
The European Union stands by the authorities and the people of Kyrgyzstan in dealing with this tragedy.
