CANADA - List of EEAS calls for tenders for the current year
The European Union Delegation to Canada and the Diplomatic Missions of EU Member States joined Canada's sesquicentennial festivities on 11 June with Discover EU’s Capitals & Cultures, a day-long celebration of Europe’s rich cultural heritage, as part of Ottawa Welcomes the World series at Lansdowne Park.
More than 500 moviegoers had the opportunity to enjoy the sights, sounds and flavours of Europe at the European Union Short Film Festival & Tastes of Europe in Ottawa.
EU Ambassador Marie-Anne Coninsx and the Heads of Mission of EU Member States welcomed the Honourable Lawrence MacAulay, Canadian Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, to a breakfast meeting on 1 June at the EU Delegation in Ottawa.
To celebrate 9 May Europe Day, H.E. Marie-Anne Coninsx, Ambassador of the EU Delegation to Canada, hosted a reception at the EU Official Residence in Ottawa.
Canadian Opposition Leader, the Hon. Rona Ambrose, was the special guest at a breakfast meeting with EU Ambassador Marie-Anne Coninsx and the Heads of Mission of EU Member States on 4 May at the EU Delegation in Ottawa.
It was an occasion for the Ambassadors and the Opposition Leader to exchange views on wide-ranging issues of mutual interest. The breakfast was part of regular working meetings of EU Heads of Missions with leading Canadian personalities.
The Delegation of the European Union to Canada, together with the diplomatic missions of European Member States, present their capitals and cultures as part of the Ottawa 2017 events organised in celebration of Canada's 150th anniversary.
