Digital exhibition - Together in the Distance: Building New Solidarities in a Changing World
It’s been over a year since the first COVID-19 lockdowns. While this period has been marked by a great amount of uncertainty and loss, it also bears witness to new expressions of courage and generosity. Stemming from this renewed sense of solidarity, “Together in the Distance” aims at recognising those who demonstrated solidarity during the crisis.
We invited people from around the world to share with us the inspiring stories of those who faced the COVID-19 crisis and set an example in such difficult times. This project pays tribute to them and aims to launch a timely reflection on the multiple changes brought about by the pandemic and the new expressions of kindness, courage and generosity it has revealed. Together we celebrate the amazing courage and commitment of those amongst us who contributed to the greater good.
