The second Administrative Command Elements Programme has officially started
This formal moment was adressed by the Mission Force Commander of the European Union Military Assistance Mission in Mozambique (EUMAM MOZ), Brigadier General Luís Barroso, the FADM General Head-Quarters Operations Department Representative Navy Captain Inocêncio Mungoi, the EUMAM MOZ Chief Advisory Group, Navy Captain Pais Neto and his staff.

The ACE Programme aims to cover key areas such as human resources management, logistics, planning and training procedures, along with cross-cutting domains, including Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC), gender perspective, International Humanitarian Law and International Humanitarian Rights Law.
The main objective of the ACE programme is to enhance the FADM's decision-making process skills and General Staff procedures, IOT man the FADM's Administrative Command Elements structure.

This ACE Programme, held from 26th of May to 04th of July, will be adressed by FADM 1st ACE Programme Students and also EUMAM MOZ advisors who will focus on topics like counterterrorism, gender perspective, Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC), International Humanitarian Law and International Humanitarian Rights Law and medical contents.
30 FADM attendees, comprising 10 from the Navy, 10 from the Army and 10 from the Air Force will have the opportunity to be part of this experience during the following weeks.
