The IPPS project, funded by the European Union commissioned by the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, aims to strengthen the involvement of state and non-state actors in peace and security, promoting community resilience among groups at risk in northern Mozambique.
