25.02.2025 EUMAM Mozambique

Manhiça, Mozambique – Yesterday, 24th February, the European Union Military Assistance Mission in Mozambique (EUMAM MOZ) started delivering a Train-the-Trainers (TtT) programme at the Mozambican Defence Armed Forces´ (FADM) Army School.

This TtT programme aims to develop the pedagogical skills of more than 30 officers, sergeants and enlisted personnel assigned to exercise training and instruction functions, in order to improve their ability to conduct the next courses taught at the Army School, within the scope of the FADM training programme.

To achieve this goal the programme will take three weeks and will be divided in specialised areas, such as sappers, Military Operations in Urban Terrain and physical training.

At the end of the Train-the-Trainers programme, the military personnel should be able to recognise all the phases and modules of the specific training plans and participate in the planning and conduct of that training autonomously.
