Strategic Dialogue Forges Paths to Anti-Drug Cooperation
To strengthen regional security, the Italian Directorate for Central Anti-Drug Services (DCSA) and the Libyan Anti-Narcotics General Administration (ANGA) held a two-day strategic dialogue in Rome on 20-21 February.
