On 15 March, EUAM Iraq organised a technical deep dive briefing on the Human Resources Information System for 18 high-level officials of the Ministry of Interior (MoI). The purpose of the system is to have an effective, digitalised, controlled, and well governed HR system within the MoI.  

The participants engaged in productive and fruitful discussions on the future IT solutions and overall HR strategy for the MoI. New digital transformation always brings big changes to organisation, hence it is crucial to ensure that the leadership has a clear vision and understanding on the way forward.
