The day begins with a meeting with Filipino election observers from the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsable voting (PPCRV), followed by a visit to Taguig City office of COMELEC.

With Manila’s heavy traffic, the car often becomes a mobile office—the only place to draft reports between stops.

In the afternoon, the team visits Rizal High School, to observe the storage of election materials. This venue will serve as a polling center on election day, hosting several precincts.
