Nelson Mandela said: “Education is the most powerful weapon to change the world.” EUTM-RCA  fully understands the transformational capacity of education and made it one of its pillars. In this interview, Colonel João CARVALHO explains all the ins and outs of the EUTM-RCA approach to education. Having served in the mission as head of the education pillar since 2022 and now handing over to his successor, he is well placed to do this. Noting the complexity of some issues, he clarifies why ‘PLUS FORT ENSEMBLE’ (stronger together) is so suiting a motto for the mission.
