Summary
The overall objective of the project is to enhance the capacity of Indonesian civil society leaders and human rights defenders to promote the rights of women. The project aims to end gender-based violence by increasing awareness among justice sector stakeholders and members of the public, promoting legislation aimed at eradicating gender-based violence and discrimination against women, and improving the quality of legal representation provided to women accused of crimes and at risk of gender-based violence and other human rights violations.
