The Delegation of the European Union in Vietnam and 16 Embassies of Member States will present the 4th edition of the “Study in Europe” Education Fair 2020 on 12 and 13 December 2020 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City respectively. True to its mission, the event is an unique opportunity for Vietnamese students and parents to learn about excellent education systems, the culture, traditions and attractions of European countries.
Out of a total number of 70.000 Vietnamese students currently following courses abroad, Europe is one of the biggest net receivers of Vietnamese students with more than 15.000 – studying in Europe. Relations between Europe and Vietnam are on the rise. With the entry into force of the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam, it will mean increased opportunities for trade and exchanges. Vietnamese graduates with a European experience will be a hot commodity on the labour market. Now is really the right time for the brightest and best of Vietnam's young students to enrich their knowledge in Europe.
This year’s event will gather 16 European Embassies including Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden. It will take place at the Daewoo Hotel and at the Gem Centre in Hanoi and Chi Minh City.
At the "Study in Europe" Education Fairs 2020, participants will attend a 2-hour conference session where they are given valuable information and listen to real-life, actual experience from alumni speakers. These alumni are representatives of outstanding Vietnamese students who have been or are still studying in EU countries.
Throughout the events, from 9h00 – 13h00 at the "Info Exhibition" area, public visitors can find detailed information and consult with more alumni and country representatives at the information booths. Participants can also enjoy fun quizzes, interactive games, and bring home some gifts about Europe. Studying in Europe will not only bring you back to Vietnam with what you learned in the lecture theatres and libraries of Europe.
