Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam are all recognised as some of the most vulnerable countries to climate change. The CCAI focuses on developing climate change impact assessment and adaptation planning as well as on the implementation of these in the Lower Mekong Basin (LMB), through the development of pilot initiatives in each of the four countries as well as a series of technical tools and reports. The project has successfully build capacity at national and regional level in terms of Climate Change adaptation. The final product of the CCAI is the Mekong Adaptation Strategy and Action Plan (the Masap).
