Architectural & engineering services for the renovation and extension of the European Union Residence in Muthaiga.

The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Kenya is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for architectural/engineering services in view of the renovation and extension of the Head of Delegation Residence in Muthaiga, Nairobi.

The subject of the service contract is as follows:

• Acting as Principal Consultant responsible for the entire organization and definition of the project and to oversee the works ensuring quality and quantity delivery;
• Overall project design and drafting of the tender specifications for the renovation and extension project in conformity with Kenya legislation, and including both exterior and interior design;
• Assistance in the evaluation of offers for the works, and in the possible negotiations with tenderers;
• Provide advice on all architectural and technical questions throughout the project.
• Monitoring of works and certification of completion works.

The foreseen end date for the project supervision and works is end of July 2023 at the latest. The estimated contract value : EUR 45000
