Celebrating Europe Day Across the United States
For Europe Day 2025, we’re excited to celebrate just how far and deep the European connections reach across the United States.
Europe Day marks the anniversary of the Schuman Declaration on May 9, 1950, which set out the foundation of the European Union as we know it. After 75 years, several events to mark the special occasion will take place not only on the day itself, but throughout the week.
Across the nation, from state to state, countless communities are highlighting the EU’s commitment to peace, partnership, cooperation, and shared culture. This moment offers an opportunity to celebrate those communities and honor the longstanding ties between the European Union and the United States.
