The Delegation of the European Union to the USA is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for organizing, hosting and streaming of online events (live and pre-recorded).  Virtual events will be on-line only, and hybrid events will take place in part in physical spaces (i.e. studios) in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
