The Political Guidelines of the European Commission for the period 2024-2029 indicate that the EU will work to strengthen relations with the United Kingdom on issues of shared interest, mentioning in particular people-to-people contacts. To support these contacts and reinforce existing networks, the EU has now published a call for proposals to promote dialogues with EU citizens and youth across the United Kingdom.
