Today, Petr Blížkovský, the Secretary General of the European Committee of the Regions (CoR), visited Villa Europa, the diplomatic seat of the European Union in Rome, following his participation in the Ukraine Recovery Conference. Mr Blížkovský was welcomed by Ambassador Martin Selmayr and among other topics they discussed the importance of regional partnerships in supporting the reconstruction of Ukraine as well as strategic issues related to the EU‘s Common Agricultural Policy and our membership in FAO.
