The Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations in New York is launching a call for tender using a negotiated procedure for professional catering services. This will entail providing catering services (food/drink, staff and serveware) for events and meetings hosted by the Delegation, including lunches, dinners, receptions, etc. – formal and informal – sometimes involving prominent VIPs and dignitaries. The winning bidder is expected to have extensive experience in the catering sector, including ability to provide a varied and interesting menu of options, as well top-tier service and dependability, occasionally requiring short-notice changes and accommodations.
