The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) opens call for applications to positions within the operational Reform Support Team (RST) related to Institutional capacity building for Effective Regulation reform

RST is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis by the donors that provides targeted technical support and assists the Ministry in the design and implementation of the priority reforms. The RST consultants provide assistance in filling the capacity gaps in the design and implementation of priority reform strategies and programs, while strengthening links and partnerships between the Ministry’s priorities and relevant donor support.

The funding source of this assignment is the EBRD Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA). The contributors are: Denmark, the European Union, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Please note selection and contracting will be subject to MDA procedures and availability of funding.

Interested professionals from various activity fields who satisfy requirements of the announcement (please refer to provisions of the ToRs)  are encouraged to apply for the following positions:

  • Senior Expert (Category 2), HR/Strategic planning for Effective Regulation Institutional Capacity Building):
  • Project Manager (Category 1), HR/Strategic planning for Effective Regulation Institutional Capacity Building:

Required application package consists of:

  • completed application form:;
  • at least one professional recommendation (from the head / manager). Recommendations are accepted in other languages. In this case, the translation must be accompanied by a translation into English;
  • Applicant's resume.

Only the complete application packages will be considered.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to pass testing expected to be held in Kyiv at 12/2 Hrushevsky Street. A personal presence to participate in the testing is mandatory.

Upon successful passing of the tests candidates will be invited to an interview.
