The specific objectives are
- to enhance dialogue between the EU and the Partner Countries and to strengthen regional coordination in climate change adaptation, environment, and water through the Environment and Water Cooperation Platform and the Working Group on Environment and Climate Change;
- to help policy making in the Partner Countries to adopt international best practices to be able to respond more effectively to the existing challenges in environmental and water management and climate change adaptation;
- and to enhance visibility of the EU support in the region through improved regional communications, activity mapping/analysis and networking.
