Your main tasks are to assist in the smooth functioning of the Ambassador's office through timely and effective coordination of the weekly meetings of EU Ambassadors, prepare briefing files, reports, speeches, etc. In addition, you will need to coordinate and organize political outreach meetings and assist in the coordination of the United Nations General Assembly Ministerial week and visits of high-level officials.
You will also assist the Chief of Staff in negotiations of resolutions in the General Assembly, Fourth Committee and Committee on Information and be the daily liaison with EU and non-EU Missions.
The Delegation is located at 666 Third Avenue, New York, 10017 (between 42nd & 43rd Street).
Monthly salary level ranges between $ 8.075 and $ 14.310 based on relevant employment experience.
