On the occasion of International Women's Day 2025, the trainees of the EU Delegation in Geneva invite all trainees of International Geneva to an engaging discussion with a cross-regional group of female Ambassadors on gender dynamics in diplomacy, the challenges and opportunities for women in multilateralism, and the current backlash against gender equality.

This event is part of the EU Delegation's #InterNconnected series, providing a unique platform for young professionals in International Geneva to engage with high-level diplomats and network with peers. The discussion will be followed by a networking lunch starting at 12:30, hosted by the EU Delegation.
