As part of the DT4UA project, funded by the European Union, e-Governance Academy has announced a tender for the technical support of the Information System "Software Complex for the Automation of Administrative Services Centers (SC ASC)".

The technical support services for SC ASC aim to ensure the stable operation of the system in case of various problems, such as failures, hardware malfunctions, software defects, informational errors, ergonomic incidents, shortcomings, and cyber incidents. The purpose of the services is to adjust SC ASC to overcome these problems and ensure the efficient operation of the system. Within the tender, monthly reports on the work carried out for technical support will need to be provided. 

Applications for participation in the tender can be submitted until 8 November. Detailed conditions of participation and technical requirements can be found on the Public Procurement Portal of Estonia at the following link.
