Description: The planned assistance would include: Strengthening of the human resources, working methods and systems of targeted Departments within the Ministry, its related Agencies, other subordinate bodies and linkages with Oblast and Rayon Administrations; Development of multi-annual financial management and budgetary control both national and regional level; Support new procedures, regulations and legal acts in line with sector strategic priorities.
It is a pleasure to welcome you, Mr Prime Minister, here in Brussels, only a short time after my last visit to Kyiv. I am glad to have received you and the colleagues from the government for the second meeting of the EU-Ukraine Association Council.

Through its European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP), the EU works with its southern and eastern neighbours to achieve the closest possible political association and the greatest possible degree of economic integration. The policy helps the EU to support and foster stability, security and prosperity.
